Shipping Policy

Standard - Free delivery to all UK addresses on orders over £20 (not including delivery).

Orders are posted on Mondays and Thursdays. All orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class.

International

All international orders are sent via Royal Mail International Standard.

Please note that all shipments from the UK to destinations outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied by the importing country at the time the shipment arrives in your country. All applicable duties, fees and any additional charges for customs clearance are your responsibility.

Local Delivery

Newcastle Upon Tyne & surrounding areas.

Where local delivery is possible we may deliver personally to reduce delivery times. On the day of delivery you will receive an email to let you know that a local delivery is taking place. This will only be for orders where a letterbox friendly delivery is available to avoid us missing you being at home.
